Since 1969, Evan has provided accounting, auditing, and consulting services to public and privately-held commercial entities. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. His services include audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, consulting, internal control reviews, due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures, resolution of financial reporting issues, and other related services.
After retiring from one of the Big Four accounting firms with over 34 years of experience, Evan worked for five years as an Associate Director, Inspections, at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board in Washington, D.C. He has also served as an adjunct professor and visiting lecturer at Florida State University.
Evan has extensive international experience, having worked in Latin America and Europe. He is fluent in Spanish and has a passable proficiency in Portuguese.
