After celebrating a decade of successful events in the Southeast, we wanted to grow into our next chapter with a name that defines the essence of our conference. Our annual event continues to remain tailored toward financial reporting within the insurance industry. This year, we celebrate that core with a name rooted directly in financial reporting itself… FINREP.

While we’re excited to move forward with a new name and look, one thing will remain unchanged – our unwavering commitment to great content, speakers, and networking. We look forward to continuing this annual event, albeit in-person or virtually, with the goal of providing financial reporting education, continuing professional education credits, and industry-wide connection.

This forum is for insurer CFOs, controllers, treasurers, and others who deal with insurer financial matters. It offers unparalleled opportunities to stay abreast of changes that impact the activities and financial reporting of insurance companies. It also offers opportunities to network with others within the insurance industry. Attendees can earn continuing professional education credits (CPE).

What topics are covered during the event?

Topics include legislative updates for insurance companies doing business in the Southeast, the state of the insurance and capital markets, reinsurance market update, catastrophic loss modeling, and statutory and GAAP updates.
