A full-time hire at THF can expect to work on many different engagements that provide opportunities to challenge and improve your skills. As a new professional, you will have many opportunities to work on THF’s local, regional, national, and international clients, which will at times require flexibility regarding scheduling and travel.
Because we are physically located in Tallahassee and Tampa, part-time positions are generally applicable to those who are attending universities or colleges in the metro cities of Tallahassee and Tampa. By and large, part-time hires have already committed to future full-time employment, in advance, and begin work early to gain valuable “real world” experience in the field prior to starting. For qualified graduate candidates, THF offers a tuition reimbursement package that could assist you in your scholastic endeavors while adding value to the THF workplace.
We currently have an “on campus” presence, in addition to attending recruiting events, at a few select universities in the southeast: Florida State University, University of West Florida, and Valdosta State University.
