Bill has spent his career in public accounting and has over 29 years of experience serving a variety of clients with a significant concentration on insurance companies and other insurance-related enterprises. His role in the Insurance Services Group is to coordinate services provided and to ensure engagement objectives are accomplished within established timeframes. He has specific experience with insurance clients that include assistance in designing and implementing accounting systems, preparing multi-year business plans, resolving financial regulatory issues, acquisitions, internal control reviews, structuring reinsurance programs, reinsurance accounting, operational reviews, design of cost allocation systems, assistance with structuring contracts, and resolution of financial reporting issues.
