Vicki H. Meyer, Tax Principal

Vicki has over 25 years of experience in tax consulting and compliance for corporate, partnership and high net worth individual clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail distribution, real estate development, high technology and energy.  Her background includes an emphasis on transactional analysis related to corporate and partnership restructurings, “fresh eyes” reviews, financial forecasting, FAS 109 tax accruals, multi-state planning and compliance, design/implementation of tax compliance systems, and general business consulting. 

 
Lori A. Shady, Tax Principal

Lori has 14 years experience in providing tax and consulting services to a variety of corporate clients. The majority of her time is spent providing administrative and consulting services for employee benefit plans. Her responsibilities include planning, supervision of staff, designing retirement plans, review of annual administration and related tax returns, and representing Plan Sponsor’s before the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor. She has extensive training and experience providing consulting and compliance services in the employee benefit area, which includes qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans as well as health and welfare plans. She is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA), which is a designation recognized by the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Chris Polischuck, Government Principal

Chris has over twenty years of consulting experience encompassing a variety of engagements assisting governments. These engagements include the recovery of direct and indirect costs associated with user fee services, grants, and public assistance programs, the analysis and review of service operations and performance, and regulatory and contractual compliance monitoring. He has experience with project management, cost analysis, cost determination, operations analysis, performance reviews, compliance monitoring, and in design, review and analysis of costing systems for state and local governments. He has performed consulting work for clients in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina, Kentucky, Ohio, Minnesota, Wisconsin , Illinois, Texas, California, Alaska, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Missouri, Nebraska, Virginia, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia.

 

Raleigh C. Leonard, Tax Principal

Raleigh has over 32 years experience in providing tax, auditing, accounting, business services, and consulting advice to a variety of individuals, small businesses, estates, trusts, not-for-profit associations, and governmental entities.  His experience has encompassed local, regional, and national firms.   His responsibilities include planning, supervision of staff, review of tax returns, and research on tax engagements and special projects. In addition, he is responsible for providing consulting and tax services to various small business and individual clients.  He is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Industry Group with an emphasis on small- and medium-size business and individual taxation.
