Designing Careers

Either as a college student or recent college graduate, there a number of ways for you to become part of the THF team:

• Full-time hire

A full-time hire at THF can expect to work on many different engagements that provide opportunities to challenge and improve your skills.  As a new professional, you will have many opportunities to work on THF’s local/regional/national clients, which will at times require flexibility regarding scheduling and travel. 

• Part-time hire

Because we are physically located in Tallahassee, part-time positions are generally applicable to those who are attending universities/colleges in the Leon County area.  By and large part-time hires have already committed to future full-time employment, in advance, and begin work early to gain valuable “real world” experience in the field prior to starting.  For qualified graduate candidates, THF offers a  tuition reimbursement package that could assist you in your scholastic endeavors while adding value to the THF workplace.

• Internship

During THF’s peak-season, full-time, semester-long internships are available to qualified undergraduate candidates who are interested in living in Tallahassee after graduation and would like to gain invaluable on-the-job public accounting experience, but are not yet ready to commit to full-time employment.
